Description: Job Title: Bubble Line Catcher Location: Hodgkins, IL Job Summary The Bubble Line Catcher is responsible for supporting the production process by preparing workstations, handling finished products, assisting machine operators, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and workplace safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and organize the Bubble Line workstation for production. Remove finished products safely from the production line. Bag, package, and label finished bubble products. Stack and palletize finished goods according to company standards. Transport finished products to designated storage areas or departments. Assist the Bubble Line Operator with machine setup and adjustments. Thread production lines and align roll cores as needed. Tape and secure materials on shafts during setup and production. Perform visual quality inspections on finished products. Measure bundle and blank widths to ensure product specifications are met. Complete production paperwork and accurately record required information. Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Basic problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to learn and use basic computer systems and production software. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility environment. Exposure to moderate noise levels and moving equipment. Must follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
