Our Unique Selling Proposition:
• Own short- and long-term category strategy across multiple channels
• Build and manage multi-year product roadmaps to drive growth and profitability
• Lead new product development (NPD) from concept through launch, including pricing, positioning, and packaging
• Analyze sales performance, market share, and competitive trends to guide decisions
• Partner with Sales, R&D, SCM, and Operations to execute strategies
• Develop annual marketing plans based on consumer insights and market trends
• Manage full product lifecycle, including SKU optimization and product improvements
