The Manager, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships will assist with driving the growth of ad sales revenue and content distribution through the expansion and negotiation of crucial partnerships and business opportunities. This position will also manage the negotiation of vendor agreements supporting Ad Sales division. This role will liaise cross-functionally within to help advise on issues related to the development and expansion of ad sales partnerships.

Responsibilities
Analyze partner/industry audience, content, and financial data to help develop strategic business and financial models underlying partnership monetization efforts
Assist with negotiating and executing on key business terms with partners/vendors related to the monetization of content on digital platforms (e.G., FAST, OTT, vMVPDs), as well as vendors (e.G., programmatic, measurement) required to support such monetization
Work closely with partnerships strategy team to operationalize, manage, and troubleshoot partnerships
Collaborate across the organization, including sales, planning, operations, strategy, legal and finance to implement partnership opportunities
Help measure the success and impact of partnerships and deal terms
Manage and prioritize new partnership opportunities as well as the expansion of existing opportunities
Develop executive updates for partnership opportunities and progress through visual and analytical presentations
Keep abreast of key industry trends and market conditions across all media (e.G., traditional, digital, etc.) in informing various opportunities

Quals--
Required Qualifications
4+ years experience in media, advertising/marketing, technology or consulting
Experience negotiating business terms with media, digital, and/or technology companies
Knowledge of digital distribution and monetization
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and track record of cultivating relationships internally and with external partners
Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize partnership opportunities and related tasks in line with strategic business objectives
Ability to work well independently as well as with a collaborative team
Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and CoPilot AI skills
Experience building and interpreting basic financial models

Desired Qualifications
Understanding of technologies that support digital advertising (ad serving, tracking, measurement, etc.)
History of collaborating with coworkers at all levels of the organization
Ability to influence and promote action amongst colleagues who are neither direct reports or in the same department
Experience in positively influencing company culture through cross-team collaboration
