SUMMARY The Catering Administrative Assistant plays a vital role within Catering/Conference Services, assisting in various administrative tasks. This position will be handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, arranging payments for future events, maintaining a smooth operation amongst the department and support Managers in daily tasks.
