Join Our Team as a Catering and Marketing Assistant!

The Catering and Administrative Assistant will be involved in all aspects of Catering-both Pickup and Delivery-while collaborating with the kitchen and leadership team to execute and grow restaurant Catering Sales. This role will also be involved with the Marketing efforts over two Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production of catering orders
• Maintain quality standards and prioritize food safety
• Prepare and fulfill catering orders to meet Chick-fil-A guidelines
• Keep catering equipment clean and in good working condition
• Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
• Carry out our brand''s "Core 4" when interacting with guests
• Calendar and email management
• Assist with events
• Help grow the business through networking in and outside of the store

Qualifications

• Previous experience and knowledge in the catering industry preferred but not required
• Must have a driver''s license, clean driving record, and insured vehicle
• Proven leadership skills in regard to enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
• A desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle guest concerns, complaints, and issues by executing flawless follow-up and issue resolution
• Responsible, accountable, and organized
• Ability to retain clientele and expand business through personal relationship building
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs

Work schedule

• Must be very flexible. Schedule is based around catering business
• Saturdays
