Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and service-focused Catering Assistant Director to support our catering program. This role helps prepare catering orders, ensure order accuracy, and deliver orders to guests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate enjoys serving others, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and packaging catering orders
- Assist in Communication with catering customers and building long term relationships
- Ensure all catering orders are accurate and ready on time
- Deliver and setup catering orders safely and professionally
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure orders stay on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized catering preparation area
- Secondary responsiblites in restaurant operations when not engaged in catering
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds tote bags for delivery
- Valid Missouri driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
