Job Description:

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours may vary based on event needs but are primarily daytime. Occasional weekend coverage may be required, though it is rare.

  • Prepare and cook meals by following production records, including short-order and batch cooking, while maintaining quality, portion, and temperature standards.
  • Complete food preparation by reviewing pull sheets, organizing ingredients, and ensuring readiness for daily service and high-volume production.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation by cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas, recording temperatures, and adhering to health and regulatory standards.
  • Manage inventory through proper labeling, dating, rotation (FIFO, and storage practices to minimize waste and ensure food safety.
  • Support team operations by collaborating with managers and coworkers to meet service goals, communicate operational needs, and deliver efficient meal service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
  • Technical/Vocational School culinary degree [Preferred]
