As a Catering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality service and hospitality for our guests.

Who we are looking for:

• Provide positive guest interactions and serve guests efficiently
• Knowledgeable of menu items and ingredients
• Resolve guest challenges and maintain a hospitable experience

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, take orders, suggestively sell, and deliver meals
• Call head to confirm catering orders for next day
• Ensure all catering orders are executed to a Premier level
• Communicate with Shift Leaders and Kitchen about Catering orders
• Follow up with Catering guests 2 days after their order
• Clean equipment, stock supplies, and prepare store for peak periods
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain a calm demeanor
• Adhere to hygiene standards and other assigned duties

• Team player, self-starter, and punctual
• Clear communicator with high standards and personal excellence

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required - we provide training
• Ability to stand for entire shift and use CORE 4 model
