Through the flexibility and mobility of our catering business, we are able to reach our community in ways our restaurant's dining room cannot. We view our catering team as an extension of our hospitable dining room attendants, cheerful front counter team members, and dedicated kitchen crew.
Our Catering Director oversees all catering business by graciously leading the team, preparing and fulfilling catering orders, making deliveries, interacting with guests, and more. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the catering schedule with the catering team
- Boost catering sales through local business outreach
- Meet and exceed catering sales goals on a monthly basis
- Prepare and fulfill catering orders to meet Chick-fil-A guidelines
- Keep catering equipment clean and in good working condition
- Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
- Serve in Operations when not occupied fulfilling catering orders
- Carry out our brand's "Core 4" when interacting with guests
Requirements

- 40-45 hours per week availability, evening and Saturdays included
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A and an understanding of Corporate purpose, mission, values
- Clean Driving Record
