Role Overview

The Catering Director oversees all catering operations for Chick‑fil‑A Largo, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate order execution, and timely delivery. This role blends hospitality, logistics, sales, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all catering orders from inquiry to delivery
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community partners
  • Oversee delivery logistics, driver scheduling, and event timelines
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and brand‑standard execution
  • Maintain catering inventory, packaging supplies, and equipment
  • Provide on‑site support for large events
  • Track key metrics: order accuracy, on‑time delivery, guest satisfaction, and sales growth
  • Collaborate with Directors and the Operator on catering goals and community engagement

Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18
  • Personal vehicle required for deliveries and event support
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Leadership experience in hospitality, catering, or operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest‑service mindset
  • Ability to lead teams with encouragement and accountability
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and high‑volume days
  • Previous Chick-fil-A experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Full‑time availability, including early mornings and occasional evenings
