As a Director, you'll collaborate closely with the Operator and restaurant leaders to build and execute restaurant catering deliveries while delivering exceptional guest experiences.This is an operational opportunity that blends order production, delivery and event execution, along with serving guests during off-peak periods.This leadership role requires open availability, Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40-45 hours per week on a split schedule, if required, with one day off per week in addition to being off on Sunday.Role ResponsibilitiesLeadership Focus1) Spearhead catering program development alongside restaurant senior leadership2) Grow and develop catering relationships through personal interactions and traditional marketing3) Track and monitor all strategic initiatives and investments for improved results4) Report to leadership on catering program sales growth, customer retention and guest experience5) Aligns to our company mission and vision while acting as a role model for our teamOperations1) Assists Sales and Brand Growth Director with all day-to-day operations of catering program2) Personally work alongside front of house and back of house staff for order production3) Deliver and set-up catering events per guest requests and restaurant standards4) Lead, coach, and develop shift leaders on catering process for seamless execution6) Strategically manage schedule for catering order production and delivery7) Attend special events and community outreach activities on behalf of restaurant8) Handle guest issues that arise during catering delivery or ordering process9) Work alongside Team members in restaurant when not actively working on catering businessBehavioral Characteristics* High Integrity* Attention to detail* Time management and timeliness* Careful and prudent* Relentless in the pursuit of excellence* Servant leader* Positive Attitude- with guests and team members* Coachable* Collaborative* Driven, results-orientedQualifications* Previous experience in an Operational and Leadership Role* Food service experience preferred* Catering experience preferred* Valid Driver's License* Clean driving record* Must be 18+ years old* Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods* Ability to work 40 hours a week with complete open availability* Anticipated 5 to 10 overtime hours available weekly* Flexibility with role responsibilities as the business grows* Background check may be required.Benefits* Health, Dental, and Vision insurance with Operator contributions* Partial reimbursement for gym membership, work attire and cellphone* Opportunity for 401k with Company Match* Meal Benefits* Meal Benefits* Partial Childcare reimbursements* Flexible work schedule with Sundays off* Positive and Fun Environment* Direct mentorship and leadership development from Owner/OperatorWorking at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - its an opportunity to grow personally and professionally, to give back to your local community, and serve alongside friends as you show genuine hospitality to guests in Northwest Omaha.
