WHY THIS ROLE
Most leadership roles ask you to manage a shift. This one asks you to own a business channel. The Catering Lead at the Colleyville Blvd. & Main Chick-fil-A is a unique opportunity to combine genuine hospitality, sales, and operational leadership into one impactful role — and to build something that grows with you.
ABOUT COLLEYVILLE BLVD. & MAIN CHICK-FIL-A
We're a high-volume, people-first Chick-fil-A committed to creating remarkable experiences — inside our restaurant and beyond. Our catering program is a growing part of how we serve our community, and we're looking for a leader who is ready to take ownership of it, grow it, and make it exceptional.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the catering experience from first inquiry to final follow-up — you're the face of our catering program.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to grow catering sales.
• Manage every order with precision: confirm details, coordinate with the kitchen, ensure on-time and accurate delivery, and follow up with guests post-order.
• Maintain a client database and proactively pursue repeat business and new referrals.
• Lead shifts on the restaurant floor as a Team Leader — directing team members, managing metrics, and holding standards.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director on complex orders and catering growth strategy.
• Track and report catering performance metrics regularly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A natural connector — someone who builds trust quickly and makes every client feel like a priority.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple orders and relationships simultaneously.
• Sales-minded with a proactive approach to finding and developing new catering opportunities.
• An experienced leader who can step onto the floor and run a shift with confidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — professional in every touchpoint.
• Available 30+ hours per week including weekends, with flexibility to open and/or close.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Prior restaurant leadership or sales/account management experience preferred.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Competitive pay: $16–$20/hour based on experience.
• A high-visibility role with direct impact on restaurant growth.
• Leadership development through Chick-fil-A's Pathway training program.
• Mentorship and direct access to the Operations Director and Operator.
• Scholarship opportunities through Chick-fil-A's national program.
• Sundays off — always.
• Meal discounts and team perks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & SCHEDULE
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday availability required).
• Ability to lift and carry 10–40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout each shift.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed.
• Flexible schedule required to support catering deadlines and restaurant operations across all dayparts.
• Reliable transportation required.
