SAGE Dining Services is seeking a Catering Lead/ Dining Hall Assistant to work in a private school serving fabulous food with fantastic customer service skills and a positive attitude.This position would require at least 2 years of catering experience. The right candidate has to have the ability to create beautiful tablescapes and displays, has an eye for detail, and can manage and direct a small team. Will assist venue manager in the set up, execution and break down of catering events.The Catering Lead will need to be available for a majority of our catering events. These include some nights and weekends. The Catering Lead oversees event setup, food service, and breakdown; delegates tasks to team members; coordinates temp staff and equipment; provides professional customer service; and ensures all safety and sanitation standards are met.The ideal candidate will have experience in a high‑volume kitchen or food service environment, work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting, have previous catering experience, possess strong multitasking abilities, and communicate professionally with team members, management, and guests.
