Catering Lead

Description: 

Catering Lead is the person responsible for the consistent execution of our Catering Delivery and Pick up options. They build relationships with our catering guests and help prepare and deliver all catering and follow up with the guests to ensure their satisfaction

Key Areas of Responsibility 

• LMA of Delivery Personnel 
• Expand Catering & ADPs outside our campus 
• Build Relationships with catering relationships
• Ensure flawless guest experience
• Maintain Catering Equipment 

Scorecard: 

• 100% On time Deliveries  
• Growth of CFA Delivery  MoM 
• Cleanliness & Organization of Delivery Provide Timely New TM Evaluations
• Develop and Execute Ongoing/Continual Training for new systems/processes/products
• Improve Processes for Training

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Ensure catering bags are clean and organized
• Prepare catering orders in advance
• Communicate all supply needs (food & paper products) for upcoming catering orders well in advance 
• Ensure food safety of all catering orders
• Follow up with guests on experience and discover ways to improve
• Communicate to Delivery team & Operational leadership delivery driver needs
• Ensure catering vehicles are cleaned and well maintained?
