RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively seek out new catering opportunities with local businesses, schools, and civic organizations.
• Manage all inbound catering inquiries, menu consultations, payment processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership on food prep schedules, order volumes, and special dietary needs.
• Organize and oversee delivery schedules, route optimization, and setup equipment for off-site events.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and sanitation regulations across all catering operations.
• Maintain catering equipment, delivery vehicles, paper inventory, and display items in top condition.
• Perform post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and secure recurring business.
• Track sales targets, operational expenses, labor costs, and monthly revenue performance.
• Look for unique opportunities to show unreasonable hospitality to clients and guests.
• Coordinate outside events, Community Care Events, and mascot/brand appearances.
• Manage third-party delivery relationships (Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates).
