Catering Manager 2 – High-Profile Corporate Account (Johns Creek, GA)

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Catering Manager 2 to lead on-site catering operations at a high-profile pharmaceutical client in Johns Creek, GA.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working with executive-level stakeholders.

Incentives

M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends

What You'll Do

You’ll oversee all on-site catering operations across two floors of a corporate campus, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day catering and special events (70% / 30% split)
  • Own the full event lifecycle:
    • Client intake & event detailing (via CaterTrax)
    • Menu coordination with Chef
    • Vendor and rental coordination
    • Setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Deliver a white-glove experience for internal clients, including senior leadership
  • Partner with a designated client liaison to execute events flawlessly
  • Work hands-on with:
    • Food prep and presentation
    • Deliveries and drop-off catering as needed
  • Coordinate off-site restaurant partnerships when applicable
  • Ensure all equipment, logistics, and timing are perfectly aligned

Team & Environment

  • Lead a small, agile team:
    • Catering Assistant
    • Utility Support Staff
  • Work primarily Tuesday–Thursday (peak days)
    • Lighter schedule on Mondays & Fridays
  • All events are 100% on-site (no travel required)
