Are you looking for a values-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow? Do you want to join a fun, supportive team where you can build lifelong relationships? At Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, we’ve been creating smiles since 1949—one guest, one meal, and one team member at a time. Now we’re searching for a Catering Manager to join our team!

Eat'n Park Hospitality Group represents a diverse family of brands that span 14 states across more than 150 locations and with nearly 10,000 team members. We are a family-owned and operated company with deep roots that inspire our future. Our enduring commitment to our Core Values and our shared purpose, “to Create a Smile,” guide and fuel our growth as a group and as individuals.

The Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing a budget and catering accountability for one complex location or across a whole unit if volume is less than $100K. This individual meets with customers and creates plans with the culinary team for their events, including menu, number of guests, timeline, and pricing. This role also leads and assists chefs and team of catering assistants before and after a catered event. Other responsibilities include developing catering systems conducive to growth, innovation, and excellence in customer service, planning menus in accordance with customer expectations and budget, managing cost control and collection agents, and verification and billing of all sales and proper reporting.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

As a Catering Manager, you’ll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Create A Smile: Ensure every catered event exceeds client and guest expectations with high-quality service, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Join A Caring Team: Inspire and support your management and hourly teams in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values respect, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Bring Your Energy: Take ownership of all high-volume operations, including strategic planning, staffing, financial performance, and operational excellence.
  • Connect With Heart: Build meaningful relationships with clients, guests, and team members while fostering trust, engagement, and memorable experiences.
  • Reach Your Goals: Grow professionally through leadership of catering operations, innovation in service, and development of your team.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

We’re searching for team members who welcome new challenges and care deeply about people. Every team member across the company plays a role in bringing our Core Values to life every day. In addition to aligning to our values, you’ll be successful here with these skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in catering management; degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary, or related field preferred.
  • Skilled in planning and executing catered events, managing client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage budgets, cost control, pricing, billing, and sales reporting for catered events.
  • Experience supervising catering operations, developing menus, implementing systems, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and manage catering staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We believe our team members deserve the same hospitality we give our guests. Wherever you are on your journey, we offer rewards and resources to highlight the important moments, both at work and at home.

  • Schedule: Full-time role averaging 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Health and Well-Being: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), Paid Time Off
  • Career Growth: Access to Smile Universe training and internal promotion pathways
  • Welcoming and Fun: Free meals during shift, monthly family mean, and 20% discount at all ENPHG brands
