Job Summary
As the Catering Manager at The Citadel in beautiful and historic Charleston, SC, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining and event experiences at one of the nation's premier leadership institutions. In this dynamic leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of catering operations. From planning and executing high-profile campus events to leading and developing a dedicated service team you will be an integral part of the Chartwells Higher Ed team. You'll collaborate with clients, ensure flawless event execution, and create memorable experiences that reflect The Citadel's tradition of excellence, professionalism, and hospitality.
