The Catering Sales Manager Is Responsible for Generating and Managing Catering and Event Business for the Hotel. This Role Focuses on Maximizing Revenue Through the Sale of Meeting Space, Food and Beverage Services, and Related Offerings, While Delivering Exceptional Client Service. the Catering Sales Manager Develops Client Relationships, Negotiates Contracts, and Ensures Seamless Event Execution in Partnership with Hotel Operations Teams.
Key responsibilities include, sales & revenue generation, solicit and book new catering and event business, conduct site tours and present hotel offerings, negotiate contracts and pricing, achieve revenue goals, upsell services, serve as primary client contact, design customized events, coordinate logistics, maintain relationships, prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), collaborate with operations teams, conduct pre-con meetings, and resolve event issues.
Qualifications:
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; ability to move throughout hotel and lift up to 25 lbs.
