Job Description:
- Assisting with events in the catering department which includes primarily responsible for set up, service, break down and cleanup of functions or areas on campus.
- Gathering and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations.
- Cleans and packs unused food dishes, utensils and equipment for safe removal to appropriate locations, handles trash and waste properly.
- Helping the guests find what they need, while keeping all work areas looking clean and tidy. Following directions from a Captain or Catering Staffing Company lead is a must.
