About the Role:
As a Catering Specialist, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps our aircraft stocked and ready for flight. From receiving vendor deliveries and organizing inventory, to preparing accurate galley kits and restocking aircraft, you’ll ensure that every JSX flight launches smoothly with all the essentials onboard.
A Day in the Life:
As a Catering Specialist, you’ll:
Receive and verify deliveries from vendors, including matching items to purchase orders and reviewing invoices
Stock consumable products in designated storage areas, rotating inventory by expiration date
Maintain accurate stock levels and fulfill requests from Flight Attendants
Collaborate with ASC and GSC teams to deliver catering to aircraft
Prepare COMAT (Company Material) stock shipments as needed
Support overnight (RON) flight preparations with special attention to galley checks and catering kits
Conduct weekly inventory counts and reporting
Maintain cleanliness in storerooms, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and box breakdown
Ensure organization, accuracy, and reliability across all touchpoints of the catering operation

Required Experience:
High school diploma/GED
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfort using basic email and inventory tracking systems
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in stockroom, inventory, catering, or supply chain roles

Compensation Range:
