At Chick-fil-A, we’re here to serve. We are looking for a Catering Specialist to help create a smooth, accurate, and welcoming experience for every catering guest. This role supports catering orders from start to finish, helping ensure each order is prepared correctly, communicated clearly, and ready on time for pickup or delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate catering orders from start to finish
- Confirm order details, timing, quantities, and special requests
- Prepare, organize, and verify orders for accuracy and presentation
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Support timely pickup and delivery experiences
- Maintain high standards for food quality, accuracy, and hospitality
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable, organized, and steady in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Experience in catering, hospitality, customer service, or restaurant operations preferred
