We are looking for serious applicants who are excited about becoming a part of our Catering Team. This position is much more than delivering food—it is about creating memorable experiences for our guests and representing Chick-fil-A Aiken with excellence wherever you go.

Our Catering Team is responsible for preparing, organizing, delivering, setting up, and serving catering orders while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and food safety. Every catering order is an opportunity to build relationships with businesses, schools, churches, and families throughout our community.

This hiring process includes multiple stages and more than one interview. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely seeking a long-term opportunity to grow with our team.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who:

• Have previous catering, hospitality, event, restaurant, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Are organized and pay close attention to detail.
• Can work independently while making sound decisions.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with guests.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of their responsibilities without needing constant direction.
• Have reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record.
• Can safely lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably transport catering equipment.
• Are flexible with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and verify catering orders with exceptional accuracy.
• Load and transport catering orders safely.
• Deliver orders on time while providing outstanding hospitality.
• Set up catering displays professionally when requested.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Aiken at businesses, schools, churches, and community events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering supplies and vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with guests and leadership throughout the catering process.
• Assist inside the restaurant during non-catering hours as needed.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to genuine care.
