Catering Support Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Catering Services: Prepare, package, and deliver catering orders to meet customer specifications and ensure timely delivery
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during catering deliveries and when interacting with customers in-store.
• Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring all food items are prepared according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Store Support: Help with various roles in the store as needed, including front-of-house and kitchen duties.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in both catering and in-store environments.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to adapt to different roles as needed.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Availability: Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation for catering deliveries is a plus.
