Our catering team members are energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented. They facilitate pick up, delivery, and full-service catering orders. They help with every aspect of catering, including food preparation, delivery, and breakdown. A flexible schedule and the can-do attitude of our catering team is what keeps Soulman’s catering calendar full of repeat clients (not to mention the delicious Texas bar-b-que!)
Essential Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have valid Texas driver’s license; at least 5 years of driving history preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work standing for extended periods of time, including bending, walking, climb stairs, etc.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
- Ability to work with continuous use of hands and arms
- Willing to adhere to all uniform and safety standards
- Willing to honor the health and wellness of all team members and customers by upholding Soulman’s Smoke-Free Workplace Policy.
Responsibilities
- Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
- Load, transport, and deliver orders to clients in a safe, timely manner
- Provide exceptional service to each customer
- Be familiar with catering menu items
- Abide by all local and state health guidelines
Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Customer first attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic
- Reliable
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Basic food service knowledge and POS experience is helpful

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
