SUMMARY

The Catering Warehouse Agent is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant handling of catering products and equipment. This role assists with inventory control, product handling, and commissary operations while ensuring all items meet customer specifications and operational requirements. The Catering Warehouse Agent plays a key role in maintaining safety, organization, and operational readiness in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and strip commissary items according to airline specifications and operational schedules
  • Perform inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements
  • Receive, inspect, and verify catering deliveries, including temperature checks and quality control
  • Handle, load, and unload catering products and materials in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support reporting requirements
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all warehouse items
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with safety procedures
  • Assist with setup, cleaning, and organization of warehouse and storage areas
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, airline requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) processes, including hazard and incident reporting
  • Communicate effectively with team members and operational staff to support workflow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
  • Meet operational timelines and ensure all products are ready for scheduled flights
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory, catering, or logistics operations preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required airport and security clearances
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts) preferred
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
