General Information
Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 3 cath labs Number of Staff – 10-11 staff per day in cath lab Type of staff: Day Shift – Mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists Night Shift – 0 Patient Ratios – 3 staff per room Type of equipment – Client X-ray/MacLab EMR – Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience working in a high-volume lab handling complex cases List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations Impella, balloon-pump Peripheral cases Complex PCIs Occasional devices Best personality Fit: Easy-going, kind, friendly Able to work in a fast-paced, busy lab REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: RN, RCIS, RT Floating Area(s): None
Dress Code : Scrub Color/Attire – Light blue (hospital will provide)
