Responsibilities

  • Perform cath lab imaging procedures and monitor patient status during procedures.

  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including radiation protection protocols.

  • Operate and maintain interventional equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy.

  • Document procedure details, patient data, and outcomes in electronic medical records.

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with latest cath lab techniques and technologies.

  • Coordinate with physicians and staff to optimize procedural workflow and throughput.

  • Assist with pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery for patients.

  • Support performance metrics tracking through daily activity visibility and pipeline updates.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and patient care quality.

  • Demonstrate accountability for individual outcomes while contributing to team goals.

  • Monitor and manage inventory of imaging consumables and maintain supply chain accuracy.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Certified radiologic technologist with cath lab imaging experience preferred.

  • Proficient in interventional imaging equipment operation and safety protocols.

  • Ability to monitor patient status and respond to intra-procedure changes.

  • Strong radiation protection knowledge and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Accurate documentation of procedures, patient data, and outcomes in EMR.

  • Collaborative communication with physicians and cath lab team to optimize workflow.

  • Participation in ongoing training on latest cath lab techniques and tech.

  • Pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery support for patients.

  • Inventory management for imaging consumables and supply chain accuracy.

  • Track performance metrics and maintain pipeline visibility for throughput.
