What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
  • Monitor patients during procedures, including conscious sedation and post-procedure recovery.
  • Record and assist with various cardiology procedures, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations as part of the assigned team.
  • Support floating between IR and Cardiac Cath Lab units as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and patient care standards.

What You Need
  • Valid RN license for Louisiana or ability to obtain.
  • BLS & ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
  • Ability to perform conscious sedation and monitor procedures.
  • Flexibility to support on-call duties, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, documentation, and emergency response.
