Job Description:
This position involves providing specialized cardiac catheterization laboratory services for patients with cardiovascular diagnoses, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular disease, and more. The role requires proficiency in diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac stent placement, catheterizations, PCI, IABP management, and sophisticated use of major equipment including Impella, Penumbra, Shockwave, and GE Mac Lab system.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Prior travel experience is not required but is acceptable. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Certifications:
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced procedures such as ASD closures, TAVR, Impella insertion
- Knowledge of end-tidal CO2 monitoring, vascular closure systems, and radiation safety
- Ability to handle complex cases involving CTO, cardiogenic shock, and peripheral interventions
Additional Requirements:
- No on-site RTO after booking
- Full availability for orientation and schedule adjustments
- Float as needed
- Call one day per week and every fifth weekend
