We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician / Special Procedures Tech to join a busy cardiovascular team in Cypress, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights
Salary: $76,960 - $118,000 annually
Full-time day shift
Four 10-hour shifts per week
7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Variable days
On-call requirement of 10 to 12 days every five weeks
Must be able to respond within 30 minutes while on call
Responsibilities
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for invasive cardiovascular procedures
Monitor patients throughout procedures while ensuring quality and safety standards
Maintain a sterile environment and support efficient workflow in the Cath Lab
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular team to provide outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or accredited invasive cardiovascular technology program required
ARRT-CV or RCIS certification required
MRT certification or RCIS required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume Cath Lab environment
