Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role utilizes the nursing and procedural support process to assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in angiography, cardiovascular procedures, and catheter-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and equipment
- Support angiography procedures, including handling angiography catheters
- Assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Participate in advanced interventions such as carotid artery stenting
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging and diagnostic equipment
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient data
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to deliver optimal patient care
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1–2+ years of Cath Lab or interventional radiology experience
- Experience with angiography and catheter-based procedures
- Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and procedures
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Preferred
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or equivalent – Preferred
