Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Advance your career working in a high-performing imaging environment as a Cath Lab Tech on a dedicated Cardiac Catheterization team. This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience with advanced MacLab, GE, and Philips equipment on a 33-bed unit staffed by a collaborative group of 23 professionals. Patients are supported with a favorable 3:1 ratio and clinical documentation is managed through the Meditech system.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts only
  • Evening and weekend call requirements

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required
  • Licensed or credentialed as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Radiology Tech
  • Demonstrated competencies in cath procedures, interventional coronary cases, structural heart, and peripheral interventions
  • Adaptable, self-reliant individual who can thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Proven team player with critical thinking skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
  • Previous travel or recent cath lab experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a range of cardiovascular procedures including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, structural heart interventions, and electrophysiology procedures
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records using Meditech
  • Monitor patient status throughout each procedure, ensuring safety and delivering exemplary care
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow technologists, physicians, and nursing staff
  • Participate in a rotating call schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain proper sterile technique and equipment functionality
  • Wear provided OR scrubs in accordance with the dress code
