What Youll Do:
As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be an integral part of our cardiovascular team, assisting with complex procedures, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the clinical team in delivering top-tier care. Your expertise will help improve and save lives in our advanced medical facility located at 20333 W 151st St, Olathe, KS.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
- Ability to float to the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
- Experience with pacemakers and related devices
- ARRT or RCIS certification
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong understanding of cath/IR procedures, infection control, and patient care protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- 2+ years of Cath/IR and EP experience
- Willingness to accept RNs with Cath/IR scrub experience
- Experience working with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing clinical environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Technologist with ARRT or RCIS certification
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in cath lab or IR settings
Other Requirements:
- Valid license/certification (ARRT or RCIS) plus current ACLS and BLS
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional late stays
- On-call responsibilities: 1-2 shifts during weekdays (5:30 pm - 7:00 am), and on-call every 3rd or 4th weekend
- Availability for orientation at TUKHS and Olathe locations
- Must adhere to facility policies, including nicotine-free environment
- Willingness to be flexible with holiday and weekend scheduling as needed
