Key Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized machinery and tools in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and job orders to accurately assemble catheter components.

• Maintain compliance with all quality standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

• Handle small, delicate parts within a clean room environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

• Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines to ensure a safe workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task effectively and work carefully with small, fragile parts.

• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Reliable transportation and a commitment to consistent attendance.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to work across multiple departmental areas.

Shift Details:

• Third Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM

• Training Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM (for two weeks)

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
