    The Field Service and Cathodic Protection Technicians (FST) are our boots on the ground. They are on job sites performing the various testing, installs, and repairs necessary for each job site and recording all findings using our proprietary software, TANCS.

    We are looking for people who:

    • Have a mechanical aptitude and any experience in trades, over the road driving, and/or experience in any industrial or commercial settings. • Are good with numbers, add, subtract, divide, and multiply. • Familiarity with Ohms Law, electrical conversions, and DC Voltage is a plus, will train. • Can lift up to 70lbs, as well as stoop, bend, and kneel. • Adhere to a DOT physical & drug screen, DMV check, and background check, all of which are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. • Can be consistent with applicable laws and follow strict safety and technical protocols. • Able to work independently after training, that is, and has basic knowledge of computers and/or tablets or phones for data entry. • Are able to communicate effectively. • Can comfortably travel in a multi-state area and be away from home multiple nights in a row, hotels, and a generous per diem is provided.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Perform site assessments or surveys as well as associated procedures. • Conduct cathodic protection testing on fuel storage tanks and piping. • Install equipment and/or testing of cathodic protection systems. • Enter and analyze test results into company computer and be able to communicate any issues or findings to Operations team for further direction. • Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on company vehicle.
