Requested Qualifications:
- Bachelor level or higher education
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Provide valid current certificate with Form 2 if yes)
- 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
- 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
- 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behaviour models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
- 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
- 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government (Answers to this question must specify entity and time served to qualify)
- 36 months experience with Grants Management systems
