Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and rehabilitation goals
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards
  • Promote patient safety and functional independence throughout the rehabilitation process
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
  • Current BLS Certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based treatment practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
