- Weekly Pay: $1870 to $2070
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and rehabilitation goals
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards
- Promote patient safety and functional independence throughout the rehabilitation process
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
- Current BLS Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based treatment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
