Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities is looking for experienced CBRF Caregivers / Med Techs for PRN staffing opportunities in CBRF facilities throughout Appleton, Oshkosh, and Brillion.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive base pay based on your experience and certifications, and a bonus program designed to reward the caregivers we can count on.

Base pay: $15.50–$17.00/hourEarn up to an additional $5.00/hour on qualifying weekend hours.

That means eligible caregivers can earn up to $22.00/hour when performance and weekend bonus requirements are met.

Your Experience & Certifications Matter

Your starting base rate is determined by your caregiving experience and certifications:

$15.50–$17.00/hour base pay

Candidates with all applicable CBRF certifications and an active CNA license may qualify for our top $17.00/hour base rate.

But your earning potential doesn't stop at your base rate.

Meet the performance requirements for the pay period and earn an additional $3.00/hour on qualifying staffing hours.

Eligibility includes requirements related to:

• Meeting applicable performance standards

Weekend Bonus — Starting at an Additional +$2.00/hour

Meet the Performance Bonus requirements and work qualifying hours on Saturday and/or Sunday to earn an additional $2.00/hour.

Regular qualifying staffing hours:

Base $15.50–$17.00

• Performance Bonus starting at $3.00/hr= $18.50–$20.00/hr

Qualifying weekend staffing hours:

Base $15.50–$17.00

• Performance Bonus starting at $3.00/hr
• Weekend Bonus starting at $2.00/hr= $20.50–$22.00/hr

Bonus eligibility requirements apply. Employees must meet applicable attendance, performance, timekeeping, and hours-worked requirements. Bonus programs and rates are subject to company policy.

What You'll Do

As a CBRF Caregiver / Med Tech, you'll provide hands-on care and support in a CBRF facility while working under the direction of clinical staff.

Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, walking, and transfers
• Administering medications in accordance with CBRF training, nurse delegation, facility requirements, and company procedures
• Assisting residents with meals and dining needs
• Providing light housekeeping and resident-care support as needed
• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in a resident's condition
• Reporting unusual events or concerns to the appropriate clinical staff
• Responding appropriately in emergency situations
• Following resident care plans and clinical direction
• Communicating professionally with residents, families, facility staff, and Interim team members
• Working collaboratively with the facility's care team

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Wisconsin CBRF Standard Precautions Certification
• Wisconsin CBRF Medication Administration Certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience
• Wisconsin CBRF First Aid & Choking Certification
• Wisconsin CBRF Fire Safety Certification
• Active Wisconsin CNA license
• CPR certification

Candidates with additional CBRF certifications and/or an active CNA license may qualify for a higher starting base rate.

Flexible PRN Scheduling

PRN staffing is a great fit for experienced caregivers who want flexibility, additional hours, or the opportunity to work around another schedule.

Available assignments may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts
• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Weekday assignments

This position is currently PRN/part-time with the potential for full-time growth.
