We have an outstanding Contract position for a CCA inspector to join a leading Company located in theOldsmar, FLsurrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Incorporate use of drawings and written inspection instructions.
Use of various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, etc) to 100% visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications including IPC and related reference documents and standards.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Must be able to work under a microscope for long periods of time (up to 10Hrs ).
Must be able to sit at work station for long periods of time.
Must have prior experience visually inspecting solder connections, both SMT and through-hole applications in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
Minimum 2 year of visual solder Inspection experience.
Minimum 1 year conformal coating experience.
Must have good attention to detail, and be Quality and process oriented, proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.
Proficient with Personal Computers.
Interface effectively and diplomatically with all levels of operations when addressing quality defects.
Must have IPC-610 and J-STD experience.
