CCBHC Program Compliance ManagerPreferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree related to behavioral or public healthRequired Experience:Minimum 5 years of behavioral health or public health experienceExperience working with state agencies and behavioral health organizationsKnowledge of local, state, and national behavioral health systems and resourcesExperience interpreting and applying regulatory standardsStrong collaboration, communication, and organizational skillsJob Summary:Responsible for compliance with any federal and any state regulations or certification standards associated with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) for the state of Rhode Island. Responsible for monitoring and compliance of newly established CCBHCs throughout Rhode Island.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for oversight and compliance to state and federal regulations and standards associated with CCBHCCoordinate processes and internal resources across multiple departments to ensure that CCBHC requirements are implemented and outcomes metParticipate in providing collaboration and attending meetings with all those associated with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of CCBHCEnsure that BHDDH leadership obtains the information necessary to support the organization's goals throughout implementation and monitoring of CCBHCPrepare status reports for the BH Associate Director of special projects and the Director of BHDDH for reviewEnsure that all CCBHC program development plans and activities are executed in keeping with funding requirements and in keeping with BHDDH's values, mission, vision, and strategy for the implementation of CCBHCEvaluate CCBHC effectiveness; identify successful and unsuccessful CCBHC relationships and engage in proactive problem-solving to reduce barriers impacting the successful outcomes in coordination with organizational leaders
