Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a CCM Migration Consultant – Quadient Inspire/Doc1 for their Hartford, CT/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and reverse engineer legacy Doc1/EngageOne templates to identify layouts, business rules, variable content, data mappings, reusable components, and document dependencies.
Document migration requirements and functional specifications needed to recreate document behavior and outputs within the Quadient Inspire platform.
Partner with business SMEs, architects, and development teams to validate extracted business rules, data sources, regulatory content, and composition requirements.
Support template inventory and migration assessment activities by identifying complexity, dependencies, reusable assets, risks, and migration approaches.
Provide subject matter expertise for Doc1/EngageOne and CCM best practices while assisting with validation, testing, and knowledge transfer during migration execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience performing template inventory, impact analysis, and migration assessments across large document portfolios.
Strong understanding of document composition concepts including:
Variable content
Conditional logic
Fragment reuse
Dynamic sections
Pagination rules
Print streams and output formats
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive business requirements from legacy artifacts with limited documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with business SMEs, developers, architects, and migration teams.
5+ years of experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive platform implementations.
3+ years of experience participating in CCM modernization, transformation, or platform migration programs.
3+ years of experience converting legacy composition assets to Quadient Inspire or similar CCM platforms.
Experience with healthcare communications including:
Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
Member correspondence
Claims communications
Regulatory notices
ID cards
Experience working with composition governance, template rationalization, and document standardization efforts.
Experience with print production workflows, archival systems, and composition quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, data analysis, and metadata extraction techniques.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for document analysis, rule discovery, documentation generation, and migration acceleration.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software development lifecycle practices.
