Primary Duties
Apply for a position in the Performance Management Office at the College-Conservatory of Music! We're hiring Operations and Scheduling Assistants for the upcoming academic year
This is an ideal role for students interested in the performing arts, live events, or arts administration.
It's hands-on, fast-paced, and offers flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
You'll work as part of a dynamic team in one or more of the following areas:
House Management (Evenings/Weekends)
Assist patrons, scan tickets, distribute programs, manage volunteer ushers, and ensure the front-of-house runs smoothly.
Stage Management (Evenings/Weekends)
Run basic lighting and sound cues, move instruments and concert equipment, and coordinate directly with performers.
Operations (Varied Shifts: Morning-Evening, 7 Days/Week)
Help open/close venues, monitor CCM buildings, set up rehearsal rooms, assist with building maintenance, and provide facility access.
Scheduling Office (Weekdays 8:30am-4pm)
Work the front desk and assist with scheduling rehearsal spaces, answering emails, helping with recital bookings, locker inquiries, and more. .
