Chief Clinical Officer
Job Overview: The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) provides clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services and clinical operations at the organization. The CCO is responsible for supporting high-quality clinical services, ethical and evidence-based care, staff development, clinical consistency, and effective clinical operations across the organization. Working collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Administration, and the clinical team, the CCO supports staff mentorship, clinical effectiveness, operational accountability, and positive outcomes for individuals and families served by the organization. The CCO provides oversight related to clinical standards, treatment integrity, staff supervision, professional development, documentation expectations, and clinical program effectiveness while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical culture.

Work Schedule: Onsite during clinical operating hours

Salary range: $100,000-$115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
