Role Overview We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong production software development experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on unfamiliar technical problems, explaining their thought process clearly, and contributing to large-scale software systems.

Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in modern C++ development on Linux systems.
Strong understanding of backend/cloud systems.
Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub infrastructure, including:
Kafka
RabbitMQ
Topic partitioning
Experience with Protobuf / Nano Protobuf.
Experience with Data Distribution Service (DDS).
Good understanding of embedded systems.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet and CAN.
Experience with Git, version control, and software development workflows.
Strong ability to analyze requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
Education & Experience
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong production experience with C++ and Linux-based systems.
