  • Develop applications using C/C++ on Unix/Linux environments, with experience in relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL and messaging technologies like Solace or Protocol Buffers.
  • Design, build, and support scalable software solutions for a fixed income trading platform while aligning with overall technical objectives.
  • Work closely with architects and senior engineering leaders to apply strong development standards, system design principles, and best practices.
  • Take ownership of core application features from initial design through deployment, ensuring reliability, performance, and timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical growth.
  • Partner with QA and cross-functional teams to maintain high software quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Contribute to modern engineering processes including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, Agile delivery, bug tracking tools such as Jira, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience with financial markets/trading platforms is a strong plus.
