Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Overtime pay after 40 hours

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7- 8 AM Start

Job Details:

• Drive and operate a 53′ Van
• Home Daily
• Deliver flooring supplies at multiple spots
• 50% of your day is in the warehouse, and 50% is delivering, loading/unloading product
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack for unloading

Experience Requirements

• Safe driving history with a strong commitment to defensive driving practices.
• Ability to inspect vehicles, identify safety concerns, and complete required documentation.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper cargo securement when applicable.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet delivery schedules.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit for extended periods while safely operating a vehicle.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, move, or secure freight and materials when required by the assignment.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and work safely in varying weather and road conditions.

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
• Minimum Age requirement of 22

What You Will Do

As a CDL A 1ST SHIFT you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

A CDL A 1ST SHIFT is responsible for transporting goods safely, efficiently, and professionally while supporting the movement of products throughout the supply chain. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.
