Starting Out
- This position is open to drivers newer to the industry as well as experienced drivers
- 4–6 weeks of training with a dedicated mentor
- Guaranteed weekly pay during training

- After training, transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
What You Need
- Must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
- Open to recent CDL holders and drivers with 6+ months experience
- Stable work history
- No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- No safety-related terminations
- Employment history must meet company standards
- Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
