Role Overview
As a CDL-A driver based in Monroe, OH, you’ll run regional routes (typically home nightly) in your assigned truck with no slip seating. You’ll handle partial touch freight, including tailgating with cart assistance, backed by steady miles and dependable schedules.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Starting at $30.09/hour
Schedule: Full-time | 40–70 hours/week
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
Your Impact
Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently on assigned routes
Deliver on time while providing outstanding customer service
Conduct accurate pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Collaborate with dispatch, customers, and internal teams through clear communication
Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
What You Bring
Class A CDL with a clean driving history
2+ years of verifiable CDL A experience (or 1 year with an approved certified training program)
Age 21+ and DOT qualified
Ability to tailgate mid-weight freight using cart assistance
Excellent time management and customer-facing skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
