CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Start your trucking career with a company that invests in new drivers. If you have recently earned your CDL-A and are looking for an employer willing to provide the experience you need, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program based in the Peoria, Illinois area.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition into your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently. You will learn:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickup and delivery procedures
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The day-to-day responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on routes originating from the Peoria, Illinois area.
